Steps to optimize imported procedures using Make Actionable AI

Click inside the editor > Select Text
Select all text
- Ctrl+A (Windows)
- Cmd+A (Mac)
Remove all bullet and numbered lists
- Click the numbered list button twice:
  - First click: applies numbering to all text.
  - Second click: removes all numbering.
This prevents the unwanted behavior of the optimized text being in a bulleted/numbered list after the AI has revised the text.
Apply Make actionable
1. Click Clarify Transform
2. SelectFind & Follow
3. SelectMake actionable.
Review the AI output
Choose to:
- Replace the original content, or
- Insert below to keep the source content above.
Extra instructions for AI, if needed
Before you accept the output, you can modify the prompt.
In this example, I asked it to redo the output with numbered lists, instead of bulleted lists.
Format the new content
1. Select the new formatted content.
  - Make sure to capture all Headings or numbered items.
2. Click Step
Make desired edits
