This can be done from the article list or the article preview pane (Preview or Details tab). If the article is in the legacy format you will see an Upgrade article menu option instead of the normal Edit option.

If you do not want to see the this confirmation dialog in the future click check the Don't show this again checkbox.

After clicking Upgrade you will see a toast message confirming that the upgrade has begun.

Once the upgrade is complete you will see another toast message letting you know it was successful. At this point you can edit the article in the new editor.

• In the action menu, select Revert article (appears after upgrade).
• Note: All changes made in the new editor will be lost.
