How to Add a Checkpoint to a Workflow Article?

There are two ways to add a checkpoint

Option 1
1. Place your cursor where you want the checkpoint
  - Before a question
  - After an Answer option
  - After a Question block
2. Click the Checkpoint icon
Option 2
1. Click the plus button > Checkpoint
  Note: If you are in a workflow trying to add a checkpoint to an answer, you must click the + icon below the answer.
  In the screenshot below, you can see that if I click the + icon to the left of the answer, Checkpoint is not an option.
  Here you can see that clicking the + to the left of the "Enter optional details about the answer" gives you the option of adding a checkpoint.
