How to Add a Question to a Workflow Article

Where Questions can be added:

  • Before or after a Heading/Paragraph
  • Before or after a Checkpoint
    • Can't be added in the body of a Checkpoint
  • Before or after another Question
  • After an Answer

There are two ways to add a question

  1. Option 1
    1. Place your cursor where you want the question placed

       

    2. Click the Q icon
  2. Option 2
    1. Click the plus icon > Question
