How to Add or Remove Tags to Multiple Articles at Once (i.e. Bulk Actions)

  1. Select Articles
    • Navigate to Articles
      • You can either navigate to articles by clicking the Manual > Chapter, OR
      • You can navigate to articles by clicking the Articles on the left-hand side and either searching for or filtering specific articles.
    • Check the box next to each article to select it.
  2. Select Add tags/Remove tags
    1. Click Select action
    2. Click Add tags

 

  1. Select or Deselect Tags > Apply
    • Select the tags you want to add
    • Deselect the tags you want to remove
    • Click Apply
