How to Bulk Copy Multiple Articles at Once (i.e. Bulk Actions)

  1. Select Articles
    • Navigate to Articles
      • You can either navigate to articles by clicking the Manual > Chapter, OR
      • You can navigate to articles by clicking the Articles on the left-hand side and either searching for or filtering specific articles.
    • Check the box next to each article to select it.
  2. Copy Selected Articles
    • Click Select Action.
    • Choose Copy.

     

  3. Select Destination > Copy
    • Select the destination site (if you have more than one).
    • Select the manual and chapter to copy the articles to.
    • Click Copy to complete.
