How to Move Multiple Articles to a Different Chapter at Once (i.e. Bulk Actions)

  1. Select Articles to Move
    • Go to the Articles screen.
    • Filter or navigate to find the articles you want to move.
    • Check the box next to each article to select it.
  2. Move Selected Articles
    • Click Select Action.
    • Choose Move.
  3. Select Destination > Move
    • Select the destination site (if you have more than one).
    • Select the manual and chapter to move the articles to.
    • Click Move to complete.
