Setting up a User/Group to Only Edit Specific Manuals / Chapters / Articles

  1. Create the user group
  2. Go to Site Permissions
  3. Add the group to the site
    1. ClickAdd Group
    2. Select the Group
    3. SelectAssigned Only OR View under Permissions level
      • If you select Review, Contribute, or Manage here, the group will have that access to all manuals
    4. Add "Allow Authoring or reviewing..." Module 
      • This will display the "Admin" option for the editor on the published page
    5. Add other applicable modules

     

     

  4. Go to Content
  5. Add User Groups to Review / Contribute / Manage specified Content
    1. Select the manual, chapter, or article title you want the group to manage
    2. Change Group from None > Review / Contribute / Manage
  6. Repeat for each manual/chapter/article the group should be added to
