Set up a Group with Assigned Only permissions

1. Click Settings

   

2. Navigate to Site Permissions
   1. Go toSite Permissions.
   2. Expand your site, then clickPermissions.

   

3. Click Add Group

    

   

4. Select an Existing Group > Assign Permissions > Add
   • You can only add an existing group
   • If you have not yet created the group, click here for instructions: How to Create a Group
   • Select Assigned only as the permission level

   

5. That group is now a member of the site with Assigned Only permission

   

Assign Permission at Content-Level

1. Click Content

   

2. Select the manual, chapter, or article

   

3. Update Permission

   Update the permission by clicking the dropdown
