How to Create a New User

Navigate to Account Settings
Click Users
Click Invite
Add Email > Select Role
Note: If you select Admin as the role, then there will be no further actions as an Admin's permissions are set and cannot be modified. Just click Invite and an invitation will be sent. You can add an Admin to a group later by following these steps: Adding Admin or Members to a Group
If you select Site User as the role, then you will continue on to step 5 to add them to a group or set their individual permissions.
Assign a Site User to a Group or Add Permissions
You can either assign a member to a group so you can manage their permissions at a group level (recommended) OR you can assign specific permissions to that user.
1. Check box > Assign to Group > Invite
2. Uncheck Box > Select Site > Select Permission Level > Invite
