- If using Single Sign-On (SSO) (e.g., Microsoft Entra, Google, Salesforce): use the remote user template.
- If not using SSO: use the standard template.
Format for SSO (Remote User) Import

Save and Upload
- Save your file as a CSV.
- Upload the CSV into ScreenSteps.
