How to Add Permissions to a Member (i.e. User)

Click Settings
Select Site > Click Permissions
Click Add user
Add Permissions by adding to a group OR selecting permission level
1. Add to a group
  1. Select the user
  2. Check the box for Assign this user to a group
  3. Select a group
  4. Add user
2. Add an individual permission level
  1. Select user
  2. Uncheck the box for Assign this user to a group
  3. Select Permission level: Permission Level Descriptions
  4. Add Modules (optional): Permission Module Descriptions
  5. Click Add user
