What Does it Mean to Deactivate, Reactivate, or Delete a User?

DeactivateThis changes a user's status from Active to Deactivated. Once this user is deactivated, they will no longer have access to the system and their account will be marked as inactive. Their information will remain in the system for record-keeping and can be reactivated if needed.
ReactivateThis changes a user's status from Deactivated to Active. This will reactivate the user's account and restore their access to the system. They will be able to log in and use all features according to their assigned role.
Delete InvitationThis will permanently delete the invitation, and the user will no longer be able to join the site or organization through this invite. Note: You cannot delete a user from the system once they have accepted the invitation and registered. You can deactivate that user.
