1. Create a user group for reviewers

2. Open Site Permissions

   

3. Add Group to Site
   1. Click Add group
   2. Select the Group
   3. Set the permission level to Assigned Only
   4. Add module: Allow Authoring or Reviewing Based on Content Permission
      • For more info on Modules, go to Permission Module Descriptions
   5. Click Add group

   

4. Add Group to specified content
   1. Go to Content
   2. Select the manuals for group to review
   3. Change access: None > Review
