How to Show/Hide the option to Generate PDFs for Manual/Chapter or Article pages

  1. Open the Site Template Editor

    Click Site > Template editor

  2. Open Editor for Manual/Chapter or Article
    1. Click Manual/Chapter or Article to access configuration settings
    2. Open Sidebar menu
    Manual/Chapter sidebar settings
  3. Adjust Sidebar Settings as needed

    Hide or Show listed features

    • Messages
    • PDF option
    • Other resources
    Sidebar item visibility and order controls
