- ScreenSteps organizes content into Manuals > Chapters > Articles.
- When we import your existing content into ScreenSteps, it MUST be within that hierarchy.
- Organize Documentation into Folders
To help the ScreenSteps team move faster, it helps if you create a folder structure that is organized in a folder > subfolder > document structure.
- Create a main folder for each manual.
- Add subfolders for each chapter inside the manual folder.
- Place each article (Word or PDF) in the correct chapter subfolder.
- Upload to SharePoint or OneDrive
- Upload your organized folders and files to the provided SharePoint or OneDrive folder.
