Requesting this email

1. Visit the /login/sso_bypass url for your account.

   • For example, if your account name is myaccount then you would visit the following url: https://myaccount.screenstepslive.com/login/sso_bypass

2. The email will contain a link that will log you into your account.

3. Note that the link will expire 5 minutes after it is created.
