How to reset a password

What you will accomplish: Reset a user's password. You may need to do this if a user has forgotten their password or their password has been compromised.

Note: This is NOT possible if your users are logging in via Single Sign-on (SSO) and they are using another identify provider to authenticate to ScreenSteps.

Click Settings
Select Users
Click Reset Password
1. Find the user.
2. Click the action menu next to the user.
3. Click reset
