How to Assign and Set the Status of an Article

  1. Navigate to Details Tab in Article Preview

    1. Click the article title.

    2. Select the Details tab.

     

  2. Assign and set the status of an article
    1. Find the Properties section.
    2. Click the Assigned to dropdown,to select a person.
    3. Click the Set status dropdown, to set the articles current status.
